Look at the Prime Minister's Instruction Through the Eyes of a Resident of Syunik: Ioannisyan

Service-providing entities must be geographically located in such a way that they are as convenient as possible for residents of all parts of the republic. This was stated by the president of the 'Informed Citizens' Union, Daniel Ioannisyan, on his Facebook page, referring to Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's instruction to relocate the customs office from Yerevan to Gyumri.

'During a tour of the customs service structures, Nikol Pashinyan instructed Davit Ananyan to take measures regarding the relocation of the customs office from Yerevan to Gyumri... And everyone is in euphoria.'

'Friends, the entities providing services to citizens must be located in such a geographical position that they are as convenient as possible for residents of all parts of the republic.'

'(Consider the Prime Minister's instruction from the perspective of a resident of the Syunik region.)'

'There are countless entities that can be relocated to Gyumri to ensure the balanced development of the regions without causing artificial inconvenience to citizens,' he wrote.
