Graduates in Georgia Will Not Take Final Exams
Today, the Parliament of Georgia approved the legislative initiative of the government to annul the final exams for 11th and 12th grade students in the third reading.
According to the new law, graduates will not take final exams. Additionally, individuals who could not receive their general education certificate are exempt from taking school final exams. Specifically, this applies to those who passed the general education intermediate level before the 2018-2019 academic year and did not participate in the school final exams. It also pertains to individuals who passed the general education intermediate level before the 2018-2019 academic year and participated in the final exams but did not gather sufficient points for the certificate.
