A Criminal Case Initiated Due to Drifting by a Driver on Saralanji Street: E. Janoyan
On April 8, a criminal case was initiated in the investigative department of the Central Police Division concerning an incident that occurred on April 4 on Saralanji Street in the capital, based on hooliganism characteristics. This was reported on the Facebook page of Edgar Janoyan, the Deputy Head of the Police Public Relations Department.
Earlier, Aurora Media reported that a video had been circulated on social media, showing a Nissan vehicle on Saralanji Street blatantly disrespecting other road participants, grossly violating traffic laws, including the Road Safety Code, and drifting in the middle of the road. Aurora Media also contacted the Road Police, after which police officers examined the video and identified the offending driver, who was brought to the police station.
The Head of Police Valery Osipyan had ordered the immediate identification of the violating driver and to hold them accountable to the full extent of the law.
