Car Goes Off Road and Crashes into Tree, Injuries Reported
On April 6, at 22:38, the Emergency Service received a call reporting that an accident had occurred on the Vedi-Vanashen highway, resulting in the driver being trapped inside the vehicle and requiring rescue assistance.
Two fire-rescue units from the Ministry of Emergency Situations were dispatched to the scene.
It was determined that at the 5th kilometer of the Vedi-Vanashen highway, a "Mercedes E" vehicle (driver: E.S., born in 1997) had gone off the roadway and crashed into a tree.
Before rescuers arrived, E.S. and passenger S.M. (also born in 1997) were transported to Vedi Medical Center, where E.S.'s condition was assessed as serious, while S.M.'s was deemed moderate.
Rescuers extracted passengers A.S. (born in 1996) and H.M. (born in 1996) from the vehicle, and both were hospitalized at Vedi Medical Center. After receiving the necessary medical care, they were discharged.
Rescuers disconnected the vehicle's battery, closed the gas cylinder valve, and then positioned the vehicle for towing.
