Microbus of ‘Good Samaritan’ Company Crashes into Barrier; Injuries Reported

A major traffic accident occurred today in the Ararat region due to poor road construction. Around 10:00 AM, on the Yerevan-Arasakh highway, at the 24.5 km mark, the driver of a Ford Transit vehicle left the roadway, crashed into iron barriers, bringing down about 40 meters of barriers and partially ending up in the middle of the road.

According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, as a result of the accident, three individuals were transported with bodily injuries to Artashat Medical Center. The photojournalist also reported that when the Ford collided with the iron barriers, one of them was hurled and struck a MAN vehicle traveling towards Yerevan. Fortunately, the MAN driver managed to control the vehicle correctly.

Gagik Shamshyan also informs that the Ford Transit belongs to the ‘Good Samaritan’ company.
