Azerbaijan Issues Stamps Commemorating April War

The Azerbaijani company Azermarka has issued stamps dedicated to the April War. According to Minval.az, the stamps titled 'April Battles-2016. Leletepe' commemorate the third anniversary of the four-day war that took place in April 2016 along the Nagorno-Karabakh contact line.

It is known that the stamps were produced at the initiative of the Ministry of Transport, Communications, and High Technologies. They were printed in Belarus.

The ministry's statement notes that the aim of issuing such stamps is to immortalize the memory of the soldiers who lost their lives in the April War.
