Extraordinary Incident in Yerevan: Man Enters Women's Restroom at Cascade and Exposes Himself

The investigative department of the Yerevan Central Police is preparing materials related to an extraordinary incident that occurred on March 29. At 4:30 PM, Harutyun Manukyan notified the central police station that a citizen had entered the women's restroom at the Cascade complex located at Tumanyan 10, where he exhibited disrespectful behavior towards the public by exposing his sexual organ and engaging in inappropriate actions.

According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, an operational group from the central police station, headed by a community police inspector, immediately arrived at the scene. Before the police reached the location, officers from the 1st battalion of the special police unit detained the individual from the women's restroom and brought him to the central police station. It was determined that he is 36-year-old Rafik Mkrtchyan, a resident of Kotayk Province, who was later released. According to G. Shamshyan's information, H. Manukyan works at Armobil LLC as the head of security.
