Here is who Nikol Pashinyan was talking about: 'Zhamanak'

The 'Zhamanak' newspaper writes: Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, addressing the officials of the irrigation system in Armenia, stated that they are oligarchs and that the state will pursue them.

One of the most prominent representatives of the irrigation system's oligarchy is Suren Sedrakyan, the head of the Ejmiatsin Water Supply Company. He has privatized the office of the Water Supply Company located in the center of Ejmiatsin, turning it into a private residence. The Tax Inspection building of Ejmiatsin has also been privatized by Sedrakyan, with the tax inspection merely leasing the building.

Sedrakyan has privatized the pump station of Aykhr Lake, which belongs to the water economy, converting it into a restaurant complex known as 'Popokner'. He also owns the 'Edem' funeral home located on the Ejmiatsin-Yerevan highway.
