The Military is Experiencing a Type of Relationships Borrowed from the Criminal World, Says Pashinyan

“Unfortunately, the type of relationship borrowed from the criminal world still exists in our army. And this is one of our greatest problems. Can you imagine that comrades can sit together and eat, and during that time a conversation can start which ends with one taking a gun and shooting the other? This alone is an occurrence that testifies to the deep issues present in the armed forces,” Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said today, March 29, during a meeting with representatives of the Armenian community in Austria.

Pashinyan added that the army is our sacred entity, and for this reason, we must cleanse that body of inappropriate and unclean phenomena.

“What are we afraid of discussing? Are we afraid to talk about our children's relationships?” he noted.
