Explosion and Armed Attack in Somalia's Capital: Casualties Reported
A powerful explosion rocked Mogadishu, the capital of Somalia, followed by an armed attack. At least 11 people have been reported dead and more than 15 injured, according to RT.
Preliminary reports indicate that a suicide bomber detonated a vehicle filled with explosives near the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs gates.
Additionally, the deputy minister of labor and social affairs has been confirmed among the deceased.
The terrorist group Al-Shabaab has claimed responsibility for the attack.
