Driver of Mercedes Involved in Accident Dies in Hospital

Sevag Poghosyan, a 73-year-old resident of Armavir Province, has died in the hospital after being transported there on March 6 of this year. According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, around 11:00 AM that day, two Mercedes vehicles collided on the main road of Sardarapat village—one driven by Poghosyan with license plate 35 MM 233 and the other by 34-year-old Hrachik Karapetyan with license plate 35 OD 161.

As a result of the accident, Poghosyan was taken to the 'Armavir' medical center. Officers from the first platoon of the second traffic police battalion arrived at the scene, led by platoon commander Vahan Evinyan and squad commander Karen Abelian.
