6.2 Magnitude Earthquake Recorded in Turkey
A 6.2 magnitude earthquake struck western Turkey this morning, according to the European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC).
The tremors were felt at 06:34 local time. The epicenter was located 16 kilometers south of the town of Aci payam and 32 kilometers west of the town of Tefenni. The center of the quake was at a depth of 27 kilometers.
There are currently no reports of casualties or damage.
