On March 8, at 20:40, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia received a call at the '911' service reporting that a retaining wall in the yard of one of the houses had collapsed on 4th Alley of miners in Kapan, Syunik Province. Fortunately, there were no casualties, but assistance was needed.
