They Do Not Investigate, But Designate the Accused. Seyran Ohanyan - March 1 Case

The former Minister of Defense of Armenia, Seyran Ohanyan, writes on his Facebook page: "In the March 1 case, specifically regarding me, they do not investigate to determine if I am guilty or not; rather, they designate the accused, and thereafter conduct the entire criminal procedure."
