The Special Investigation Service Imposes Ban on Seyran Ohanyan's State Pension Account

According to "Factinfo" reports, within the framework of the criminal case related to March 1, the Special Investigation Service has imposed a ban on the former Minister of Defense of Armenia, Seyran Ohanyan's pension account.

It was previously reported that in the context of the specified case, Seyran Ohanyan has been charged under Part 1 of Article 300.1 of the Criminal Code of Armenia for undermining the constitutional order. He has stated that he does not accept the charges against him.

According to "Factinfo," during the preliminary investigation, the investigator decided to impose a lien on Seyran Ohanyan's property, including financial assets, which also included his pension account.
