VIDEO: Citizen Attempts Self-Immolation Near Government Building
A resident of Gegharkunik community, Andranik Adilkhanian, doused himself with gasoline and attempted self-immolation in front of the Government building.
Police officers near the Government building prevented him from doing so and took him into custody.
"Let me go, call someone from above to come down," the citizen shouted.
