Five Cases of Unauthorized Services Found in Funeral Homes, Causing Damage of 4 Million AMD to the State
The Yerevan Municipality continues its efforts to prohibit illegal outdoor trade. During the past week, 27 reports of administrative violations were prepared. This is reported by the Yerevan Municipality's department of information and public relations.
Since the beginning of the year, 73 cases of unauthorized activities have been identified in trade and food service establishments. In particular, violations included: 16 cases of selling alcoholic beverages and tobacco products, 12 cases of operating after midnight, 11 cases of outdoor trade, 1 case of selling liquid fuel, 7 cases of selling technical liquids, 2 cases of selling precious metals, and 24 cases of food service.
Additionally, oversight has also been conducted on funeral homes, revealing 5 cases of rendering services without permission, which have led to administrative proceedings. Since the damage caused to the state in one case exceeded 4 million AMD, the materials have been sent to the State Revenue Committee of Armenia for further investigation.
