The Indictment in the Eduard Babayan Case Has Been Sent to Court

The indictment in the incident that took place at the 'Olympavan' sports complex has been sent to court. This was reported to Tert.am by the head of the Public Relations Department of the Prosecutor General's Office, Arevik Khachatryan.

It is worth recalling that Eduard Babayan, a member of the 'Prosperous Armenia' faction, is accused of deliberately causing serious harm to the health of 50-year-old Vyacheslav Harutyunov. The incident occurred on July 2, 2018.

On August 21, Eduard Babayan was released from custody on a 20 million dram bail.
