The attractiveness of the public administration system for quality labor must be increased, as the quality of that labor affects the quality and effectiveness of changes in citizens' lives.

“We can take a sickle and harvest the entire public system left and right, but it will result in consequences that cannot be solved for decades. The public administration system and the state are sensitive to the human organism, and incorrectly prescribed treatments can lead to fatal consequences,” he said.

The Prime Minister noted that no matter how much reservations they have, he believes they must proceed down this path because it is a step towards solving not only the problems of judges but also those of citizens and the country. “We must create conditions where judges do not have a great necessity to look at anyone's hands. We must strictly fight against corruption and illegal decisions, but the social component of these issues must be narrowed. Such decisions are not popular and cannot be, but this year, the number of citizens benefiting from state orders has increased by 250,000,” he added.
