Skripal's Mother Applies to Police to Declare Him Missing

In the midst of an international scandal, Sergei Skripal's mother has approached the police to declare her son and granddaughter, Yulia, missing. This was reported by Skripal's cousin, Victoria, according to Interfax.ru.

"The documents were sent by post to the police department at Yulia's place of residence in Moscow," Victoria Skripal stated.

Victoria Skripal lives in Yaroslavl, near Sergei Skripal. She has repeatedly tried to visit Britain to obtain information about her relatives' health, but has regularly been denied a British visa.
