Director of a Yerevan LLC Attempts Suicide

On February 20, officers from the Yerevan police's rapid response unit were on duty in the Arabkir administrative district near the Davitashen Bridge when a citizen approached them and reported that a man had crossed a dangerous line on the bridge and was attempting to jump off.

According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, the officers successfully managed to bring the individual back to safety through appropriate psychological intervention. Following this, he was taken to the Mashtots police station, where documents regarding the incident are being prepared.

According to G. Shamshyan's information, the citizen who reported the incident is Tigran P., a resident of Yerevan and the director of a local LLC. The individual who attempted suicide, Karen E., is also a director of another LLC operating in Yerevan. Investigations are ongoing at the Mashtots police station regarding the incident.
