Citizen Attempts to Jump from Victory Bridge

On February 20, at 16:43, the emergency services received information that a citizen, S.G., was in a mentally unstable condition and was attempting suicide by jumping off the Victory Bridge in Yerevan. Rescue assistance was urgently needed.

A team from the Emergency Situations Ministry's Fire and Rescue Service, along with an operational group from the National Crisis Management Center and an instructor from the Psychological Support Division, were dispatched to the scene.

The instructor engaged in a psychological conversation with S.G. The individual was subsequently taken to the Central Police Department.
