Blizzard on the Road Segment from Sevan Peninsula to Dilijan Tunnel

The Ministry of Transport, Communication and Information Technologies of Armenia reports that as of February 18 at 15:00, a blizzard is impacting the road segment from the Sevan Peninsula to the Dilijan Tunnel.

The Vardenyats Pass is closed to vehicles with trailers.

In the Aparan region, roads are covered with snow.

Road construction teams are working on clearing the roads and applying salt and sand treatments.

All other interstate and republican roads in Armenia remain open.
