Impassable and Foggy Roads in Armenia

The Ministry of Emergency Situations informs that as of February 9 at 08:00, there are closed and impassable roads within the territory of Armenia.

The Vardenyats Pass is closed.

In the Tavush region, fog has settled in the town of Ashtarak, located in the Aragatsotn region.

The Sotk-Karvachar roadway is impassable due to bare ice.

Drivers are advised to travel exclusively on winter tires.

Regarding Lars:

According to information received from the Road Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia, the Stepantsminda-Lars road is open for all types of vehicles.
