Updated: Ministry of Emergency Situations Warns of Precipitation

The Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that as of February 8 at 08:00, there are closed and difficult-to-navigate roads in the territory of Armenia.

The Vardenyats Pass is closed only for heavy-duty vehicles with trailers.

The Sotk-Karvachar road is difficult to navigate due to black ice.

Drivers are advised to travel exclusively with winter tires.

In the regions of Aragatsotn, Aparan and Talin, and in the cities of Shirak, Gyumri, Artik, as well as in the communities of Ani and Akhuryan, there is snowfall.
