Sotk-Karvachar Road Impassable

The Ministry of Emergency Situations informs that as of February 6 at 20:00, there are closed and impassable roads in the territory of the Republic of Armenia.

The Vardenyats Pass is impassable for trucks with trailers from the Vayots Dzor region (closed from the Gegharkunik region), while it is open for passenger vehicles.

The Sotk-Karvachar road is impassable due to black ice.

In the 'Zanger' section of the Syunik region, there are areas with black ice.

Drivers are advised to travel exclusively on winter tires.
