Tragic Incident: Brother Stabs and Kills Brother

On February 3, at 19:35, the police department of Talin received a call from an unknown citizen reporting that a resident of Aragatsavan village, named Jiro, had stabbed his brother on the Nor Artik-Baghravan road.

The dispatched operational group discovered that Jiro is 53-year-old Jirair Nazaretian, while his brother is 50-year-old Ghevond Nazaretian. Around 19:00 on the same day, near the administrative territory of Nor Artik village along the Nor Artik-Baghravan road, they had an argument in a "VAZ-2106" vehicle regarding household issues, during which Jirair Nazaretian stabbed his brother, who later succumbed to his injuries.

At 22:30, Jirair Nazaretian was taken to the Talin police department, where he provided a confession and was arrested. A criminal case has been initiated regarding the incident, and an investigation is underway.
