Stepantsminda-Lars Road Open

According to information received from the Road Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia, as of 8:30 this morning, the Stepantsminda-Lars road is open for all types of vehicles. This is reported by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia.

According to information from the main department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia's North Ossetia Republic, there are accumulated trucks on the Russian side.
