Video: High Probability of Collapse for Yerevan's Arzumanyan 10 Building, Davit Khajakyan
Davit Khajakyan, a member of the Yerevan City Council’s ‘Lus’ faction, has raised an alarm on his Facebook page regarding the emergency condition of the Arzumanyan 10 building.
“The entrance we are at is classified as a level 4 emergency. The probability of collapse is high. The building is starting to deform,” Khajakyan wrote, attaching a video to his post.
