Some Roads Affected by Ground Snow

The Ministry of Transport, Communication and Information Technologies informs that as of February 1 at 09:30, ground snow is present on the Goris-Sisian and the section from the Sevan peninsula to the Dilijan tunnel.

On the Goris-Sisian road, there are patches of black ice. The Vardenyats Pass is impassable for passenger vehicles due to heavy snowfall, while it is closed for heavy-duty and trailer vehicles.

Road construction teams are working on clearing and treating the roads with salt and sand.

Other interstate and republican roads are open.
