Cement Factory Guard is a 'Problem Solver': Enjoys Tsarukyan's Trust

The newspaper 'Zhamanak' reports that Galust Sargsyan, the guard chief of the Ararat Cement Factory, has become a real threat and headache for the factory’s employees and the residents of Ararat. Enjoying the trust of the factory’s owner, Gagik Tsarukyan, he has become the 'problem solver' within the factory.

Anyone who does not submit to his whims or does not catch his 'sympathy' is dismissed from work and threatened with retaliation if they complain. The cement factory in Ararat is the only workplace where unjustly dismissed employees end up on the streets, unemployed.

Galust Sargsyan’s wife recently managed to convince Tsarukyan to close the kindergarten intended for the children of the factory workers, from which she had been dismissed as the head.
