Severe Blizzard on Goris-Sisian Interstate Road

The Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technologies of Armenia reports that as of January 31 at 19:00, there is a severe blizzard and low visibility on the Goris-Sisian interstate road.

Despite the joint efforts of road construction workers and traffic police, the clearing of snow has not yet been successful due to the traffic jam and harsh blizzard conditions.

The ministry urges drivers to refrain from traveling on this road segment for the time being.
