Azerbaijani Suspect in Karaganda Murder Case Has Given Testimony: Who Killed the Kazakh?

The suspect in the murder case arising from a brawl in Karaganda, Kazakhstan, Narek Gururyan's detention extension appeal will be reviewed in court on Monday. According to SHANTNEWS sources, there are reports that an Azerbaijani participant in the brawl, suspected of murder, has confessed to killing the 23-year-old Kazakh.

The criminal prosecution against Narek will not be dropped, as he was involved in the brawl; however, the murder charge will be removed, which is very important. Sources indicate that Narek's lawyers have met with him and that everything is normal. Narek has been informed that the Azerbaijani suspect has confessed.
