Slowly Becoming Friends: Ruben Melikyan on the Pashinyan-Aliev Meeting
The former Human Rights Defender of Artsakh, Ruben Melikyan, addressed the recent Pashinyan-Aliev meeting on his Facebook page, noting that the leaders of the two countries seem to be forming a friendship.
“They are slowly becoming friends. If Mr. Ilham recognizes the independence of Artsakh in a friendly manner, then our new strategy is indeed very good,” he wrote.
