The Accepted Method of Bonus Distribution Needs to Change: Lena Nazaryan
The method of distributing bonuses to state employees must be changed; bonuses should be awarded based on work performance, which must be measured with clear criteria and serve as a motivation for the employee. This was stated by the Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly, Lena Nazaryan, on her Facebook page, adding that the Government should develop criteria and implement this mechanism.
In her post, she particularly mentioned:
“No new cars, furniture, new equipment, or other new items have been purchased for organizing my work, and I have no such demands. I am fully satisfied with the existing working conditions. My only wish is that my work space is presentable enough for receiving guests at the National Assembly. The existing items will not be replaced with new ones if necessary; they will be repaired instead.
Voting uniformly in plenary sessions is very natural for a political team, as the main discussions and debates occur prior to that—in the faction and committees. I urge everyone to pay more attention to the discussions taking place in factions and committees.
I will cooperate with all journalists from all media outlets without exception. I will create conditions for effective work, and I will participate more frequently in press briefings, as fast and accurate information delivery is crucial for uninterrupted communication.”
