Nikol Pashinyan Dismisses Arthur Grigoryan from Office

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has decided to dismiss Arthur Grigoryan from his position as head of the Inspection Body for Nature Protection and Subsoil Use. This decision was made in accordance with Article 8, Part 1 of the Law on Inspection Bodies, which states that the head of an inspection body is a discretionary position.

The appointment and dismissal of the head of the inspection body, as well as measures for his encouragement and accountability, are carried out by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia based on the recommendation of the Council.
