Court Hearing in the Case of Sedrak Kocharyan vs. Arthur Vanetsyan Commences

Today, under the presidency of Judge Aida Davtyan, the preliminary court hearing in the case of Sedrak Kocharyan against Arthur Vanetsyan began at the Yerevan City General Jurisdiction Court.

It is noteworthy that Sedrak Kocharyan, the son of the second President of Armenia Robert Kocharyan, demands that Arthur Vanetsyan, the Director of the National Security Service (NSS), publicly retract the defamatory information he has disseminated.

Recall that this concerns a scandalous recording involving the Head of the Special Investigative Service (SIS) and NSS Director Arthur Vanetsyan, in which he mentioned, “Robert Kocharyan has become a shareholder of the ‘Congress’ hotel by demanding a $6 million bribe.”
