Armed Robbery at Varks.am; Large Sum of Money Stolen

A recent armed robbery occurred in Yerevan. Around 19:20, an unidentified individual entered the office of Varks.am, located in the Kanaker-Zeytun administrative district, and threatened staff with a knife to steal a substantial amount of money.

According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, a criminal case has been initiated in the investigative department under the features of armed robbery. Shamshyan reported that the perpetrator was not masked and managed to steal approximately 600,000 AMD from Varks.am.
