Vladimir Karapetyan, Member of the Armenian National Congress, to Take Up Position in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

The newspaper 'Zhamanak' reports: 'During the years Vardan Oskanian served as the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Vladimir Karapetyan, who is a spokesperson for the Ministry and a member of the Armenian National Congress, will soon be appointed to a position in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.'

Karapetyan was removed from the Ministry's system in 2008 when, along with a group of other diplomats, he announced his support for the presidential opposition candidate Levon Ter-Petrosyan.'
