Azerbaijan Has Been 'On the Move' in Recent Months: Specific Issues Discussed in the Ministry of Defense
The newspaper 'Iravunk' reports: 'It is said that last week a series of closed consultations took place in the Ministry of Defense, where extremely important issues were discussed, not only related to humanitarian and peacekeeping missions in Armenia but also specific questions. One of these is the potential Azerbaijani provocations expected in spring, particularly in April-May, and the question of the Armenian army's capacity to counter these actions, possibly leading to local or even total military operations.
This indicates that there are not high hopes associated with the ongoing and upcoming negotiation processes, and Azerbaijan seems to be impatient, which is why it has been so active in recent months,' our source noted.
