Citizen Calls EMERCOM, Threatens to Commit Suicide if Psychologist Does Not Arrive
On January 17, at 01:30, a call was received by the '911' service reporting that a resident of one of the apartments at 81 Arno Babajanyan Street in Yerevan threatened to commit suicide if a psychologist did not come to his address.
According to the press service of EMERCOM, an operational group from the National Center for Crisis Management was dispatched to the scene, along with an instructor from the Psychological Support Division.
It was revealed that A. E. was in a mentally unstable condition. The psychological support instructor provided psychological assistance to the citizen.
