People, there is no such thing: Alen Simonian

“A new car is not being purchased, people, there is no such thing,” said Alen Simonian, the Vice Speaker of the National Assembly, noting that the new Toyota Camrys were bought 1.5 years ago by the previous parliament.

When asked by reporters what car Simonian is currently using, he responded that he drives a Toyota Camry, which is designated for the vice speaker.

In response to a journalist's clarifying question about how many cars are currently in the fleet, the vice speaker answered, “I don’t know, dear. I’m not the manager of the garage, so how would I know?”
