Meeting Between Zohrab Mnatsakanyan and Elmar Mammadyarov Has Begun: Anna Naghdalyan

The meeting between the Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, Zohrab Mnatsakanyan, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, Elmar Mammadyarov, has commenced. This was reported by Anna Naghdalyan, the spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, on her Facebook page.

It is worth noting that today a meeting also took place between Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, Zohrab Mnatsakanyan, and the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group along with the personal representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office.

Let us remind you that this is the fourth meeting between Acting Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan and Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov. Their last meeting was on December 5 in Milan.

The second meeting between Mnatsakanyan and Mammadyarov took place on September 27 this year in New York. Following the change of power due to a popular movement in Armenia and the formation of a new government, Mnatsakanyan and Mammadyarov first met last year in July in Brussels.
