Manvel Grigoryan Plans to Emigrate

The newspaper "Zhamanak" reports: "Manvel Grigoryan is eager to leave Armenia and travel to France for treatment. For this purpose, he is currently communicating through various intermediaries with members of the present parliament, asking them to sign a request directed to the Special Investigative Service (SIS) to change the preventive measure applied to him so that he can leave the country.

The lawmakers are not very inclined to sign such a request, fearing that it could adversely affect their reputation," the newspaper writes.
