Gas Stations Linked to Tsarukyan Targeted by Tax Service: Case Goes to Court
The newspaper "Hraparak" reports that inspections have been carried out at several gas stations, particularly those linked to the leader of the Prosperous Armenia Party, Gagik Tsarukyan, on the eve of the New Year holidays. The Tax Service has issued quite serious acts, which are now being prepared for litigation.
We directed a question to G. Tsarukyan in Parliament regarding this issue. He responded, "Inspections, of course, are ongoing, they are constantly in progress. As for disputing the problem in court, yes, we are contesting it because the alleged violations do not exist."
What figures are we talking about? "Ask the relevant authorities about that." There is an opinion that this has a political context. "Let them also answer this question. As for us, we have created a gas inquiry commission to better understand the issue."
