Difficult and Blocked Roads in Armenia

As of January 16 at 09:00, there are difficult and blocked roads across Armenia.

The Vardenyats Pass and the Upper Getashen-Madina road are closed.

The Sotk-Karvachar road and the 15th km section of the Sisian-Goris road are difficult to navigate due to fog.

In the Shirak region, particularly in the Ashotsk and Amasia areas, and on the Sevan-Gavar-Martuni road in the Gegharkunik region, there is black ice in some places.

Snowfall is reported in the area known as "Meghru Sar" in the Syunik region.

Drivers are advised to use winter tires exclusively.
