Shmays Has Moved to the USA with His Family Permanently: Reasons Revealed
According to the newspaper "Zhamanak," former MP Arakel Movsisyan, known as Shmays, has moved to the USA with his family for permanent residency.
Movsisyan announced that he has a loan of $1.5 million in Armenia and had put his market and wedding hall up for sale to settle these debts, but they did not sell.
It is possible that he moved to the USA to avoid these loan obligations.
