Hearing on Robert Kocharyan's Detention Measure Resumes

The hearing regarding the detention measure of Robert Kocharyan has resumed at the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction.

It is noteworthy that Kocharyan's defense team requested clarification from Judge Artur Mkrtchyan yesterday on what principle the examination of motions was assigned to him. The judge clarified that it was assigned by the president of the court. Hayk Alumyansaid just now in our conversation that he has just received the president’s response but has not yet had a chance to review it.
