Gagik Tsarukyan Addressed Edmon Marukyan from the National Assembly Podium

Today, the National Assembly is discussing the election of the Vice President from the opposition faction, with Gagik Tsarukyan, the leader of the Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK), delivering a speech on behalf of his faction.

“I want to say a couple of words to Mr. Marukyan, our classic member of parliament. You have all seen that I have no issues with 'Bright Armenia.' He has raised the question, I have responded, and after the response, he approached me, and we warmly shook hands. I also congratulated him on the 10th. They are the only ones saying Tsarukyan should leave politics. If it weren’t for Tsarukyan, we would be in second place. If you had also told 'My Step' not to participate, you would have been in first place,” he said.

According to Tsarukyan, they will not take any action until they are insulted or provoked. “We haven’t done anything, and we won’t either, but if someone tries to insult, I will present the response documented, with evidence, and on video,” he said.

Gagik Tsarukyan emphasized that the people are waiting, and the country is in a difficult situation, requiring economic development, which can only be achieved through unity.

“We are not enemies here; it is necessary to present the issue, the problem. Let it be whoever’s is better; let’s call it reality, and no one will be against it. We need to ensure the well-being of the people's lives, which is possible, and our candidate, Vahe Enfiadjyan, will be an advocate for that and will do everything for its realization,” he stated.
