Nikola Pashinyan Appointed Prime Minister for the Second Time
Nikola Pashinyan has been appointed Prime Minister for the second time today. He announced this on his Facebook page.
Pashinyan added:
“I serve the Republic of Armenia, I serve the Republic of Artsakh, I serve the Armenian people.”
It is noteworthy that today, by the decree of President Armen Sarkissian, Nikola Pashinyan was appointed Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia.
The presidential decree states:
“Based on the first part of Article 149 of the Constitution, Nikola Pashinyan is appointed Prime Minister.”
